Artist Statement: This necklace was inspired by the simplicity of the butterfly motif in the yukata fabric. Turquoise stones were chosen for its rich color and natural beauty.

Artist Bio: Charise Randell began her artistic career designing women’s apparel professionally in Seattle for collections including Eddie Bauer’s AKA, Sergio Valente for Union Bay and for Halogen & Live a Little, both available at Nordstrom. Her love for creating fashion extended naturally to jewelry, and her work reflects an appreciation for romantic European elements and delicate feminine detail.
